via troutmanindustrial.com

Walmart just made another major purchase in the Charlotte market in its continued war against Amazon for consumer distribution and delivery supremacy.

According to Iredell County records, the retail giant just purchased a sprawling 1 million sq ft industrial building near I-77 in Troutman for $69 million.

Troutman Industrial Park includes just over 158 acres of land located at 386 Murdock Rd., Troutman, NC, just west of I-77. Construction on the facility was completed this year and ranked among the largest industrial complexes in the Charlotte region (soon to be dwarfed by Lowell’s 3.2 million sq ft industrial facility).

According to the deed, the new purchaser is Walmart Fulfillment Services LLC, indicating that Walmart will be using the facility, in large part, for fulfilling online orders in direct competition to online retail giant Amazon.

What do you think about Walmart’s growing presence in the Charlotte region?

Evaluate the Mosexam-labst Beneficial Exam Dumps for Cisco 300-435

0

Earning a certification, especially from Cisco, demonstrates your technical prowess and proves your career dedication. Completing a certification, however, takes extensive time and extra hard work. Therefore, if you want to become a Cisco certified professional, you should ready yourself with a series of exam materials, which must include exam dumps, among others.

The updated Cisco certification track

There’s no such thing as permanent when it comes to the field of information technology. Everything is evolving. New updates are introduced year by year, so as new certifications. To keep up with the shifting industry, Cisco is set to welcome a new certification program by February 2020. And this is no other than the CCNP Enterprise, which will then replace the outgoing Exam-labs CCNP Wireless, CCNP Routing and Switching, and CCDP badges.

The new CCNP Enterprise

As one of the most exciting certifications to be released next year, the CCNP Enterprise is designed to establish your skills in enterprise networking solutions and functionalities. This credential requires you to complete two stages: one core exam and one concentration exam of your choice. Since this certification is set to be released this 2020, you still have time to prepare for the exam. If you have opted to choose the “Automating Cisco Enterprise Solutions” as your area of focus, then the concentration exam that you need to take is 300-435.

The upcoming 300-435 ENAUTO exam

To give you an overview, this 90-minute test caters to those who want to be proficient in various enterprise automated solutions. Here, you will learn more about the basics programming concepts, which will include Python programming. Other topics to be discussed in the exam are Application Programming Interface (API), Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), and some automation tools.

This specific exam will be available exactly on February 24, 2020 and will still be proctored by Pearson VUE. In the coming months, a classroom training titled “Implementing Automation for Cisco Enterprise Solutions (ENAUI)” will be released to help you prepare for the exam. This instructor-led course will be reachable worldwide, giving access to international exam takers.

But of course, before you can take your 300-435 ENAUTO exam, you should first complete your 350-401 ENCOR exam. This 120-minute test unlocks your fundamental knowledge about core technologies used in a Cisco Enterprise Network. Some of the main subjects to be expounded here are networkvirtualization, infrastructure, and assurance; automation; security; and IPv4 and IPv6 dual stack architecture.

Aside from being the core exam for CCNP Enterprise, 350-401 ENCOR is also considered as the qualifying test for both CCIE Enterprise Wireless and CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure certifications.

The current CCDP certification

The upcoming 300-435 exam is closely related to the current CCDP credential. Hence, if you have started working toward your CCDP certification this year, you can still do so because it will be credited to the new CCNP Enterprise. You can know more about the migration process by checking out Cisco’s CCNP Enterprise migration tool.

CCDP is a great certification to pursue while waiting for the CCNP Enterprise as it covers relevant certification exams, which include 300-101 ROUTE, 300-115 SWITCH, and 300-320 ARCH. Completion of these three exams means that you have successfully validated your expertise in network design concepts and values. Further, you can now efficiently create multi-layer network components and enterprise architectures.

The required CCDP certification exams

To make it easier for you, let’s elaborate on the three required CCDP exams.

  • 300-101 ROUTE. This exam assesses your mastery in Cisco IP Routing. With this exam, you will learn how to maximize advanced IP routing in employing secured and scalable routers connected to IPv6’s LAN and WAN environment.
  • 300-115 SWITCH.This exam validates your switching comprehension through a series of major tasks. These include planning, configuring, and validating advanced switching solutions that utilize the Enterprise Campus Architecture Design.
  • 300-320 ARCH.This exam tests your capability in the latest changes in network technologies and design. These cover L2 and L3 enterprise infrastructures, as well as WAN technologies, network security, services, and data center integration.

But before you can take these exams, you need to have current CCDA and CCNA R&S certifications or CCDA and CCNP R&S certifications. If not, you must have valid CCDE or CCIE credentials.

The best exam dumps for the current CCDP and the upcoming CCNP Enterprise cert exams

Cisco’s official materials should be your main reference when studying for the exam. Conveniently, they provide online resources such as training courses, self-paced lectures, sample exam questions, and hands-on lab environments.

After using all the recommended Cisco materials, don’t forget to add exam dumps as your secondary reference materials. Ace your CCDP cert exams or your upcoming 300-435 ENAUTO exam through Exam-Labs. Your certifications will surely sustain your professional bearing in an industry where change is constant.

Huntersville Police Department Just Released A Warning About New Phone Scams

0

Huntersville Police are now warning local residents to be on the alert of a new scam where a fake Huntersville Sergeant is attempting to collect ‘fines’ from residents.

A number of residents have been reporting that they’ve received calls from a person claiming to be the Sergeant Riley and telling them that they missed their court date and if they don’t pay a fine immediately, they’ll face jail time.

The scams use advanced phone cloning techniques to mimic local extension numbers

The Huntersville Police Department posted the scam alert on their Facebook page yesterday:

The alert post states that:

“We have received multiple calls to our office this morning in reference to a scam going around. Callers are stating they received a call from someone claiming to be Sergeant Riley with Huntersville Police Department. This person is advising the callers that they missed a court date and a criminal summons has been issued for their arrest. The person goes on to say that if they do not pay the fine, they will be arrested.

First, we do not have a Sergeant by that name at our PD. Second, WE WOULD NEVER CALL TO SAY YOU MISSED A COURT DATE! These are scams and you should never give out any personal information or send any money to anyone without first verifying the information.”

Please help spread the word.

Swastika Painted Over Mural of Tina Turner in North Carolina

0

A massive swastika was just discovered over an artistic mural of the legendary African-American singer Tina Turner.

The vandalism, which is now being labeled a hate crime by police, occurred at Static Age Records in downtown Asheville.

The crime was first discovered by pedestrians in Asheville, one of whom uploaded a now viral photo of the image to Facebook, noting that the swastika wasn’t painted right and the vandal left footprints at the scene of the crime.

The wrongly painted symbol was quickly covered over with a sheet, then painted over with black paint by employees at Static Age Records, according to the Citizen-Times.

The Asheville Police Department and Southern Poverty Law Center have both opened investigations into the hate crime.

The record store launched a GoFundMe campaign to raise money to re-paint the mural. Their goal was $800 and they have already raised over $2,100.

According to the campaign, “The $800 we aim to raise will pay for painting materials and for the artists’ commission. Additional funding will be donated to the Southern Poverty Law Center and to daily operations of the shop, or to an organization of Tina Turner’s choice (if she happens to get in touch with us over this).“

North Carolina’s Seals LLC Joining Forces With The US Navy SEALs Foundation

0

The Seals LLC, a North Carolina-based company that provides restaurants with a supply and service program for refrigeration gaskets, is proud to announce its promotional affiliation with the Navy SEAL Foundation.

And, it’s more than just the name.

Beyond the name association – The Seals LLC supporting United States Navy Sea, Air, and Land (SEAL) Teams (U.S. Navy SEALs) – Andy Dinkin, The Seals founder and President, considers it an honor.

The gifts received from the promotion of sales from The Seals LLC will help the Navy SEAL Foundation support Warriors and their families abroad and here on the home-front.

“Since our name and logo have a military-like connotation, and most importantly because of our reverence of the military, I was looking to support an organization that provides support to active military and veterans. Washington Redskins Hiring Former Panthers’ Coach Ron Rivera As Their New Head Coach

The Washington Redskins are about to hire former Carolina Panthers head coach Ron Rivera as their new head coach, according to ESPN.

The Redskins fired head coach Jay Gruden this past October after a 0-5 start in his sixth season with the team. He was immediately replaced by interim coach bill Callahan, who led the team to a 3-13 overall record for the season.

The team’s owner now hopes that Rivera can do for the Redskins what he did for the Panthers. Rivera joined the Panthers in 2011 after a dismal 2-14 season, in just 4 short years, he led the team to a 15-1 season, a conference championship, and a Super Bowl appearance.

This morning, the Washington Redskins owner Dan Snyder released a statement about the leadership changes, saying:

“As we reevaluate our team leadership, culture and process for winning football games, I am excited for the opportunities that lie ahead to renew our singular focus and purpose of bringing championship football back to Washington D.C.”

How do you think coach Rivera will do in Washington?
