Legendary Charlotte eatery Phat Burrito is about to relaunch after development pushed them out of their iconic South End home in 2017.
Charlotte’s own Michael Cox (son of Mac Speed Shop’s Andy Cox) is reopening the restaurant after striking a deal with founder Stephen Justice to bring back the original recipes, style, and aesthetics.
They are holding open interviews all day today at their new location near the corner of Clanton Rd and South Blvd, next to the new Gilde Brewery in South End.
