A beach vacation from the Charlotte area is about to get a lot cheaper.
Discount airlines Avelo Airlines has just announced plans to launch three nonstop flights from Concord-Padgett Regional Airport to Florida, with flights starting at just $49.
Beginning in mid-November, travelers will be be able to fly nonstop to Fort Myers, Orlando, and Tampa aboard Avelo’s Boeing 737 aircraft. The new routes launch between Nov. 18 and Nov. 20 and will operate several days each week.
Located about 25 miles northeast of Uptown, Concord-Padgett Regional Airport offers shorter security lines, easier parking, and a quicker airport experience.
The new routes include:
- Fort Myers – Starts Nov. 18
- Orlando – Starts Nov. 19
- Tampa – Starts Nov. 20
The new flights continue Avelo’s expansion in the Carolinas, giving local travelers more nonstop vacation options at budget-friendly prices.
