Ever Andalo, a high-end Italian restaurant in Charlotte’s NoDa neighborhood, has been recognized as one of the best new restaurants in the country, ranking No. 8 on Yelp’s “Best New Restaurants of 2023” list. This accolade places Ever Andalo among the top 25 establishments in the U.S. that opened since January 2022, making it one of only two restaurants in the Carolinas to achieve this distinction.

The restaurant, part of the Tonidandel-Brown Restaurant Group, is located at 3116 N. Davidson St., where it replaced the Crepe Cellar. Ever Andalo draws inspiration from Andalo, a village in Italy’s Dolomite region, and features a menu that highlights fresh local produce and premium Italian-imported products. The restaurant’s specialties include homemade pastas, breads, pastries, sauces, and burrata. Popular dishes, as noted by Yelp, include Calabrian Chili Pappardelle, Branzino, Chicken Piccata, and Short Rib.
