It has now been a month since the co-owner of Brooks’ Sandwich House, 61-year-old Scott Allen Brooks, was shot and killed as he was going in to work and police still have no suspects.
The Charlotte FBI office and CMPD are now increasing the public resources in a plea for more help in the case.
Today, CMPD officially released camera footage that was taken of the shooter the night of Brooks’ murder.
Detectives are requesting the public’s assistance in the identification of the suspect(s) involved in the homicide Scott Brooks that occurred on Dec. 9th.

They have also increased the reward to $21,000 for any information that might lead to an arrest & conviction.
