The Cheesecake Factory is about to open their second Charlotte-area location in Huntersville’s Birkdale Village.
It’s being built in the 8,579 square feet former Gap location and will hold a grand opening celebration on Tuesday, August 8. They’ve already hired nearly 300 staff members for the new location.
The massive menu will feature The Cheesecake Factory’s signature 250 selections including more than 30 lower-calorie selections and more than 30 varieties of their legendary cheesecakes.
