The Charlotte MORE THAN PINK Walk is Susan G. Komen’s annual fundraising event honoring breast cancer survivors in a fun-filled day for the whole family. The event will raise critical funds that support breast cancer patients care services, research, and patient navigation services to better serve those impacted by the disease. Participants can expect to enjoy an energizing pre-Walk warm up, remarks from local survivors and those living with Metastatic Breast Cancer, and other onsite activations to celebrate breast cancer survivors and those in active treatment.
WHO: Sponsors for the event include Audi Charlotte, Principal Financial, Chicago Pneumatic, Blue Cross Blue Shield NC and more. Additionally, Walk participants will include breast cancer survivors, metastatic breast cancer thrivers, and supporters of Susan G. Komen and those impacted by breast cancer.
