After retiring with a record number of awards and on-field achievements, beloved Panthers star Greg Olsen is continuing to impress off the field.
Olsen, now Fox Network’s top game analyst, just won his first Emmy in the ‘outstanding personality/emerging on-air talent’ category, beating out Eli Manning, JJ Redick, and Robert Griffin III.

While still an active player, Olsen began his broadcasting career during bye weeks. In 2021, he and Kevin Burkhardt climbed to the top of Fox’s broadcasting ranks, as noted by the Panthers. The pair notably covered Super Bowl LVII last year.
Over his 14-year playing career, including nine seasons with the Panthers, Olsen recorded 742 receptions for 8,683 yards and 60 touchdowns. Between 2014 and 2016, he made history as the first NFL tight end to achieve 1,000 receiving yards per season for three consecutive years. In addition to his on-field accomplishments, Olsen remains committed to the Charlotte community through his family’s Heartest Yard foundation since retiring.
