452

Rock Hill is planning a transformational new 140-acre tourism park, set to be one of South Carolina’s largest and most unique.

The city is now asking for public feedback to shape this project, which aims to boost tourism revenue through its extensive green spaces, trails, tech features, and sports amenities.

The Southside Regional Park will extend from Heckle Boulevard to downtown.

The initiative has an estimated cost of over $100 million.

Rock Hill officials are developing the plan over the next two years and encourage public participation through community meetings and an online survey.
