With home values up around 21% in the past year and mortgage rates having almost doubled, the personal-finance website WalletHub today released its report on 2022’s Best Real-Estate Markets.

To determine the most attractive real-estate markets in the U.S., WalletHub compared 300 cities across 17 key metrics. The data set ranges from median home-price appreciation to job growth.

Health of Charlotte’s Real-Estate Market (1=Best; 150=Avg.):

  • 41st – Median Days on the Market
  • 47th – Job Growth Rate
  • 89th – Foreclosure Rate
