Charlotte Mom Says CMS Is Refusing To Transfer Her 8-Year-Old After Being Strangled and Punched

One Charlotte mother is pleading for help after months of seeing her daughter come home with stories of being bullied, and even bruises. After trying everything in her power to get her daughter transferred, Evelyn Padilla says that CMS leaders are still refusing to relocate her daughter.

“I’m fighting for everybody, I’m fighting for everybody in that school. I want to go to school where I can learn and be safe,” Aliviya commented in her recent interview with Charlotte’s local NBC station:

Evelyn is now saying that if CMS continues to refuse to transfer her daughter to another school with a bus route to her home, she will be forced to take them to court.
