Charlotte Hornets newcomer LaMelo Ball broke an NBA record this past weekend during our win over the Atlanta Hawks.
19-year-old Ball is now the 5th rookie and the youngest player in NBA history to record a “triple-double”, amassing 22 points, 12 rebounds, and 11 assists in Saturday night’s game.
Since Ball replaced Markelle Fultz after the game started, he also became the first Hornet in history to achieve a triple-double coming off the bench.
