Former President Donald Trump has announced a campaign stop in North Carolina this coming Wednesday.
Last week, Trump said he planned on staying off the campaign rally circuit until after the Democratic National Convention (Aug 19th-22nd), but a shift in poll numbers seems to have changed that.
This week’s rally in North Carolina will be held at Harrah’s Cherokee Center, located at 87 Haywood Street. Doors will open at 1 p.m., and Trump is scheduled to take the stage 4 pm.
This surprise visit (his second NC rally in 4 weeks) highlights the strategic importance of our state in the upcoming 2024 presidential election.
