Celebrate the roots of modern music with infectious rhythms, soulful sounds, and high energy performances at the Arts Council of York County’s 16th Annual Blues & Jazz Festival. The 2020 festival takes place over three nights – October 1, 2, and 3 from 7 – 8 PM, and will feature two of the hottest regional blues and jazz acts each night.
