Ulta Beauty Charitable Foundation and Dress for Success Announce National Partnership


The Ulta Beauty Charitable Foundation today announced a national partnership with Dress for Success Worldwide. The new partnership will focus on the economic empowerment of women and is part of Ulta Beauty’s commitment to enhance the education and well-being of women and their families. The Ulta Beauty Charitable Foundation will provide national funding and 18 local grants that will help support each affiliates local Continuum of Services programming. These programs provide Dress for Success clients with the tools they need to realize their full potential and achieve economic independence.

Ulta Beauty currently employs approximately 35,000 full- and part-time associates, 92 percent of whom are women. Based on current growth plans, the company will add several thousand more jobs over the next several years.

For 20 years, Dress for Success has helped nearly one million women work towards self-sufficiency. Ulta Beauty will engage its associates for volunteering opportunities to help even more women thrive in work and life. The Ulta Beauty Charitable Foundation will also provide Ulta Beauty Collection products to clients being suited for their upcoming interviews in the boutiques at local affiliates of Dress for Success.
