#1 2017 Homegrown Tomato Festival 

The Homegrown Tomato Festival: An all-day tomato themed event where tomato lovers can try dozens of different backyard tomatoes, crown the region’s best tomato grower, drink tomato themed cocktails, enjoy live music and more!

#3 Charlotte Block Party 


This Saturday’s block party will be focused on Human Trafficking Prevention Awareness.

There will be bouncey houses, fun family games, face painting, glitter tattoos, community drum circle, a Zumba Dance Show, live music, bands, tons of food, a hot dog eating contest, free giveaways, and tons more.

It will be held at Uptown’s Carole Hoefener Center (615 E. 6th St.) from 11am to 5pm this coming Saturday.
