With the golf world turning its attention to the Queen City in late September, Chippo Golf and Sycamore Brewing are teaming up to throw Chippopalooza just minutes away from Quail Hollow Club where the world’s best golfers will be battling for the Presidents Cup.
Live music and exciting vendors will greet thousands of golf fans with interactive golf-themed activities and fun contests from September 22-24, including a $25,000 hole-in-one competition presented by Rain or Shine Golf. With popular food trucks and outdoor viewing of the Presidents Cup, fans will have everything they need to enjoy one of professional golf’s biggest events at the award-winning Sycamore Brewing in Charlotte’s vibrant South End.
“This is going to be an event to remember for everyone who attends,” says Matt Moss, Co-founder of Chippo Golf. “We’re excited to throw a three-day party at an amazing brewery that shows everyone just how fun golf can be. With great bands, food and fun activities for everyone, this is going to be the golf event of the century.”
Attendees will have the opportunity to win exciting prizes at the Rain or Shine Clubhouse with daily closest-to-the-pin contests and a hole-in-one competition worth up to $25,000. There will also be putting games and a giant Chippo challenge to keep competitive juices flowing all weekend long. Prizes are provided by event sponsors Rain or Shine Golf, Jones Sports, Footjoy and Imperial Hats.
