Rock Hill’s most expensive home listing just got considerably cheaper. After hitting the market for $5.3 million this spring, the sprawling 75-acre estate has returned at $4 million following a massive $1.3 million price cut.
The property at 1795 Faires Road is now listed for $4 million, down 24.5% from its original April asking price.
Known as The Ranch at Faires Road, the property initially became Rock Hill’s most expensive home listing when it hit the market April 24.
The estate includes a 6,470-square-foot home with four bedrooms, four full bathrooms and two half bathrooms.
Charlotte architect Frank Smith designed the residence, which Kingswood Custom Homes completed in 2012. Interior designer Barrie Benson designed the interiors.
Floor-to-ceiling glass overlooks the property’s rolling landscape, while black walnut floors, stone surfaces and custom cabinetry fill the interior.
The primary suite includes a steam shower and private outdoor bathing terrace.
Outside, the property features a heated pool, stocked pond, driving range and extensive recreational trails. The acreage provides space for horseback riding, skeet shooting and four-wheeling.
