Rock Hill Police Department officers arrived at the Feely home at about 2 a.m. on Saturday morning after an anonymous report was called in.

36 year old Sekari Arrie Feely, told officers his daughter “was late for curfew and when she arrived home he struck her with a belt.”

Police have since notified the South Carolina Department of Social Services about the incident – they are now reviewing the case.
