NC’s Top Real Estate Team Launching New Company Amid Pandemic – David Hoffman Group

North Carolina’s top-selling real estate team has just announced plans to launch their own full-service real estate firm in spite of and during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Charlotte’s own David Hoffman Group, formerly with Keller Williams, was ranked the #1 team in both volume and closings for 2019, as per Real Trends, and was also ranked among the INC 5000 Fastest-Growing Privately Held Companies in America.

“After 15-plus years with Allen Tate Company and Keller Williams Realty; being mentored by both Mr. Allen Tate and Gary Keller, and with hundreds of positive relationships formed from each firm, we are excited to take all that we have learned over the years, both in real estate, as well as service to the community,” said founder David Hoffman.

“We believe that opening our own real estate brokerage will empower our agents and success team to maximize our time, vision, and ability to focus on building those relationships to serve so many more in the Charlotte community. The authentic relationship; of meeting each client where they are; giving more than we take, is at the core of everything that we do.”

The new David Hoffman Group real estate firm will be joined by Hoffman’s recently launched Covenant First Mortgage Company as well as the group’s New Homes and Luxury Homes Divisions. The new company will also implement ‘DHG Culture Share’, where a portion of commissions is shared with members of the firm.

Over the years, the group has helped 25 current or former Panthers players buy or sell in Charlotte and they’ve donated over $2 million to local charities.

Over the next 3 years, the David Hoffman Group plans to launch a new title company, an insurance company, as well as a non-profit foundation to round out one of the most comprehensive real estate enterprises in the Carolinas.
