NC’s Developmental Disability Council Seeks Input for Its Next Five Year State Plan

420

The North Carolina Council on Developmental Disabilities (NCCDD) is seeking input from the disability community for its Five-Year State Plan and to formulate its goals for the next five years (October 1, 2021-September 30, 2026).

The Council is seeking input from individuals with intellectual and/or other developmental disabilities, family members and community members. The input will support NCCDD to draft goals, objectives and specific activities to bring about change and guide the Council regarding how staff and fiscal resources are allocated.

The surveys are available online, in PDF and Word Doc formats. They are also available in Spanish. The deadline to complete the surveys is August 31, 2020.

To access the surveys, visit the NCCDD Five-Year State Plan webpage.
