The FBI and CMPD are now offering up to a $15,000 reward for any information that might lead to the arrest of Elchin Khalilov’s murder suspect.
Khalilov was shot and killed during an armed robbery in Charlotte’s FixER Electonic Repair on January 14th.
CMPD released a video and several pictures of the suspect, who was wearing a hoodie with the word “LOVE” written on the sleeve;
