This weekend, state and local officials gathered on Concord’s old Phillip Morris site to break ground on Eli Lilly’s new $1 billion, 800,000 square feet, 5-building drug manufacturing campus. The new facility will employ nearly 600 workers with an average salary of over $70k.
The company plans to start production at the new facility by 2024.
