The adults-only Taste of Cuba series at Discovery Place Science is finally here.
Over the next 2 weeks, Charlotte’s Discovery Place will be hosting:
- Taste of Cuba: Sip on Thursday (November 21)
- Taste of Cuba: Live on Wednesday, December 4
From 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. this Thursday at Taste of Cuba: Sip, immerse yourself in Cuban culture while celebrating the leisurely aspects of the island nation. The evening will feature coffee tastings, drink-mixing demonstrations and an opportunity to explore ¡Cuba! the exhibition. Tickets for this 21-and-up event are $45 each and come with one free classic mojito. Get your tickets here.
Then, on December 4, enjoy a night out at the Museum celebrating Cuban holiday traditions of Noche Buena and New Year’s Eve. Taste of Cuba: Live will include performances throughout the night, Cuban food and cocktails as well as a chance to check out ¡Cuba! the exhibition. Tickets for the 21-and-up event are $45 each and can be purchased here.
