The Charlotte Regional Realtor Association is one step closer to moving into a gleaming new development in the heart of Midtown.
Pappas Properties just broke ground on the first phase of their massive new mixed-use development, which includes the new 58,000 sq. ft. CRRA building, new parking, and greenway features.
The new building is expected to be completed by March of 2019 and will replace the current decades-old CRRA building;
The development will also include a 175,000-square-foot retail, hotel and residential building, a 168,000-square-foot office building, and a “greenway-style trail” through Pearle Street Park to connect Little Sugar Greenway to center city.
