Charlotte Mecklenburg Police are now asking for the public’s help in finding the suspect of a mass stabbing.
The incident occurred yesterday afternoon at around 3:30 pm on a CATS bus parked off East 7th St., just south of Uptown. According to police, 2 victims were stabbed with a machete while on the bus. Both victims were rushed to the hospital where they are now being treated with non-life-threatening wounds.
“The suspect is described as a black male who is approximately 5’7” tall, thin build. He was last seen wearing a dark hooded jacket, beige pants, brown shoes, and a black mask over his face.”
