Charlotte’s Third ‘Open Streets 704’ in Plaza Midwood Was The Biggest One Yet

Yesterday, several streets in Charlotte shut down for our cities 3rd and biggest ‘Open Streets 704’. The event closes the streets to vehicles and opens it up to walkers, joggers, bikers, and roller bladers, as well as over 80 activities including art, music, food, games, and dancing.

The route started at Veterans Park on Commonwealth Avenue and winded down Pecan Avenue, Clement Avenue, and Park Drive around Independence Park.
