Charlotte’s Historic Cold Snap Is Finally Over

After experiencing the coldest start to the year in almost 90 years, with the first week of 2018 averaging just 23.6 degrees, Charlotte weather is finally back.

According to the National Weather Service, we’ll be seeing highs in the 50s today and tomorrow and highs in the 60s Thursday and Friday.

Winter is still here, however, as next Monday and Tuesday will see lows around 25 degrees with the possibility of freezing rain and icy roads.

Charlotte’s average temperature for January is 41 degrees.
