Charlotte Is About To Open Its First COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic

Charlotte is about to open its very first COVID-19 vaccination clinic.

The new facility is being set up inside of the Bojangles Coliseum and is now set to receive its first patients this coming Wednesday, January 6th.

The clinic will give out vaccines by appointment only, initially only allowing appointments for those who have not yet received it in Phase 1a (healthcare personnel and long-term care facility residents), and those in Phase 1b (anyone 75 years and older, and frontline essential workers of any age). You can find out more information about who is in each phase here.

If you fit in either Phase 1a or Phase 1b, you can now make an appointment online at or by calling 980-314-9400 and selecting Option 3.

Please help spread the word.
