Charleston’s Legendary ‘Callie’s Hot Little Biscuit’ Is Coming To Charlotte

Charleston’s legendary breakfast shop, Callie’s Hot Little Biscuit (HLB), has just announced they’ll be moving to Charlotte this coming summer.

This will be HLB’s 4th location and the first in North Carolina. There are now 2 locations in Charleston and 1 in Atlanta.

The new Charlotte location will be built in the heart of South End as part of ‘The Penrose’, a new 350-unit luxury apartment complex at 327 W. Tremont Ave;

HLB has become famouse for their chicken biscuits;

In addition to their breakfast bar, HLB Charlotte will also include a coffee shop and a small grocery section with sauces, frozen biscuits, and other to-go treats.

They are hoping to open by the end of the summer, but they’ll ultimately be at the mercy of The Penrose’s development progress.
