If the cold weather is getting you down, you’re in luck! American Airlines has just announced plans to add a non-stop flight from the Queen City to the Capitol of Hawaii.
According to their press release, their airlines will begin their Charlotte-Honolulu flight on May 6th using a Boeing 777-200 jet that seats a total of 273 passengers. There will be 2 flights weekly through June 3rd, then increase to daily flights for the rest of the summer.
The airline also plans on adding a non-stop flight from Charlotte to Venice, Italy in 2022.
“We have been making adjustments to our schedule since March as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic and will continue to evaluate our network based on supply and demand,” American Airlines said in their press release.
