FDA Issues Urgent Class 1 Recall on Several Popular Cheese Products

556

The Food and Drug Administration has just issued an urgent Class I recall, its highest risk level, for a number of products which could contain. A Class I designation means exposure could cause serious health consequences or death.

The recall involves Listeria monocytogenes, a bacteria that causes listeriosis.
