This NC City Ranked Among The Top 10 Most Stressed Cities in America

With 83% of Americans feeling stressed because of inflation, the personal-finance website WalletHub today released its report on 2023’s Most & Least Stressed Cities in America, as well as expert commentary.

In order to determine where Americans cope best with their stress, WalletHub compared more than 180 cities across 39 key metrics. The data set ranges from average weekly work hours to the unemployment rate to divorce and suicide rates.

The North Carolina city of Fayetteville was determined to be one of the top 10 most stressed cities in America at #8 overall. Charlotte ranked among the least stressed half of cities in America at #118.
