Pizza lovers rejoice! 800° Woodfired Kitchen, the SouthPark spot for Neapolitan-style pizza, is making preparations to serve its 40,000th pizza later this week, which will happen during National Pizza Month. To celebrate this pizza milestone, the lucky guest purchasing the 40,000th pizza will win free pizza for life.
Co-owners Steven Jensen and Kyle O’Brien anticipate this exciting milestone to take place later this week – and will hold an impromptu celebration with the winning guest, complete with a presentation of their Pizza for Life gift card.
Says Jensen “it’s hard to believe we’ve sold almost 40,000 pizzas in such a short period of time, so why not reward our 40,000th with our Pizza for life.” Jensen further explains, “The Charlotte community has really embraced us as a neighborhood restaurant, as well as a place to celebrate. We’ve enjoyed hosting birthday parties, anniversaries, engagements and other memorable moments with our guests. During National Pizza Month, we want to share our successes with the community that continues to support us.”
800° Woodfired Kitchen first opened in Charlotte in June 2021. 800° and sister concept, BAR ONE Lounge, were named Best Employer in the Charlotte Observer’s 2022 Reader’s Choice Awards, and was awarded Bronze status for Best Pizza and Best All-Around Dining.
The guest that purchases the 40,000th pizza will receive a special gift card good for one pizza per month at the 800° Woodfired Kitchen’s Charlotte location in Phillips Place.
