WalletHub recently released their “Best Places to Raise a Family in North Carolina” study.
The site notes that, “no state has gone through more changes in the past 50 years. Once a primarily agrarian state, North Carolina has grown into a hub for technology, finance, universities and college-educated young adults. Families who place a high premium on education and a bright future therefore would be in the right place, where child safety is also a high priority.”
Their analysts compared 85 cities in North Carolina based on 21 key indicators across four key dimensions, including; Family Life & Fun, Education, Health & Safety, Affordability and Socioeconomics.
