Yesterday afternoon, at about 4pm, shots rang out at the Concord Mills Mall.
According to Concord Police, the incident occurred after a fight broke out between 2 individuals in the parking lot of the Concord Mills’ AMC Theaters.
Concord Police are currently on investigating a shooting that occurred in the PVA outside of AMC theaters. A suspect is in custody at this time. Investigation is ongoing. /JDB pic.twitter.com/IZVKtavoo1

Officers arrested Renzo Gabriel Carnevalini Medina, who is now being held on a $125,000 bond.
The suspect and the victim got into an altercation in the mall parking lot, which resulted in gunshots being fired. The suspect is in custody and the victim is currently recovering at a local hospital. The suspect has been charged with AWDWISI and has a $125,000.00 secured bond.

Police have not yet released the name of the man who was injured during the shooting.
