This weekend, the Charlotte Curling Association is hosting its 4th annual Southern States Mixed Doubles Bonspiel curling tournament, and this year, it’s an official ‘World Curling Tour’ sanctioned event.
Many of the participants in this weekend’s events will likely go on to compete in the Mixed Doubles Curling events during the 2018 Olympic Games in PyeongChang, South Korea.
The tournament started this past Friday, and continues through today, with quarterfinals at 9:00 am this morning, semifinals at 12 noon, and the final championship at 3:00 pm this afternoon.

The entire tournament is free for spectators.
