According to a new report from Zillow, the state of South Carolina has just ranked the #1 state in America for selling the most homes per capita over the past month.
The Palmetto state is now seeing an average of 77.30 home sold out of every 100,000 people. Over the last month, 4,071 houses and apartments were sold with the average price coming in at $301,659. With over 8,000 homes sold, North Carolina has 75.74 sales per 100,000 residents and has an average price of $329,634.
