This afternoon, NC Governor Roy Cooper and Charlotte Mayor Vi Lyles will be holding a press conference in West Charlotte to unveil our city’s new ‘PoleVolt’ charging station.
The charging station was built using a part of the $109 million in federal funds our state received to expand our electric vehicle infrastructure. The new PoleVolt station will help connect North Carolina’s current 1,542 miles of EV corridors.
