A video of a massive 12′ long South Carolina alligator (over twice as long as the gator recently captured near Lake Wylie) is now going viral.
The Facebook page “Eat Sleep Play Beaufort” posted the video last Tuesday after being submitted by local resident Jessica Miller.
“There’s some BIG ol’ gators in Beaufort,” the post said. “Check out this HUGE 12ft gator taking a stroll through Ocean Creek Golf Course at Fripp Island recently. Nobody’s messing with him…”
The video has now been viewed over 1.1 million times and shared over 8,000 times;
