Star Wars legend Mark Hamill (Luke Skywalker) just drove through the Charlotte area and took a couple pictures of ironic road signs on his way to Asheville.
The first picture he took was of the I-85 South New Hope Rd exit sign in Gaston County (referencing his leading roll in the 1977 film Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope) and the second shot was of the I-26 Bat Cave Exit sign in Henderson County (referencing his voice acting for The Joker in the animated Batman cartoon show.
He captioned the images by saying “Where am I going & what will I find…? (I need to start paying more attention while driving),”
