Former Vice President Kamala Harris is heading to Charlotte just days after stating that she is strongly considering running for president again in 2028.

Harris will appear Tuesday night at Ovens Auditorium to promote her new book, 107 Days, with the event scheduled for 7 p.m.

Her visit comes less than a week after she said she is “thinking about” another presidential run in 2028, raising fresh speculation about her political future.

The new book focuses on Harris’ 2024 presidential campaign, which began after Joe Biden abruptly exited the race. Harris ultimately became the Democratic nominee in a historic and fast-moving campaign.

Her Charlotte appearance was originally scheduled for February but was postponed along with several other stops across the Carolinas due to winter weather.

Harris recently addressed her future at National Action Network convention in New York, where she confirmed she is considering another run for the White House.
