CMPD Detectives are now asking for the public’s help in an ongoing sexual assault investigation.
This past Sunday morning (Oct 31st) at around 5am, officers reported to sexual assault call.
According to the victim, she was attempting to get into her parked car on Ethel Guest Lane in Charlotte when the suspect approached her from behind and pushed her into the car at gunpoint. He then drove her to a still unknown location and sexually assaulted her.
The suspect was described as a light-skinned black male aged that appeared to be somewhere in his late 20s or early 30s. He had a average build as was wearing a gray hoodie.
