CMPD is asking for the public’s help in finding a missing minor who was last seen in the Elizabeth Neighborhood, just outside Uptown.
According to an official press release from the department:
“Scot Stines, 16, is missing. The CMPD’s Missing Person Unit is asking anyone who sees him to call 911, immediately. Mr. Stines was last seen near the 200 block of Hawthorne Lane wearing a blue shirt with “Victory” in white letters, blue jeans and black shoes.”
