Carolina Panthers Owner and New Coach Visit Brooks’ Sandwich House To Pay Their Respects

Yesterday the owner and new head coach of the Carolina Panthers made a surprise visit to Charlotte’s legendary Brooks’ Sandwich Shop to show their support for Brooks’ family as they continue to mourn the tragic murder of Scott Brookes.

After standing in the usually long line and mingling with fans, Tepper and Rhule had the chance to talk to David Brooks about his family’s shop and the passing of his brother.

“He was a heck of a guy,” Brooks told Tepper. “I really miss him.”

The Panthers owner and head coach then ordered 2 burgers with cheese all the way and gave the shop an autographed helmet.
