A massive new motorsports development planned for the Charlotte region will become one of the first projects of its kind in the United States.
Known as Race City Motorpark + Social Club, the new 270-acre destination in Mooresville will combine luxury real estate, private club amenities, automotive storage, and racing facilities into a single master-planned community.
Developers describe the project as a “motorsports country club” designed for car collectors, racing enthusiasts, and automotive businesses.
The new development includes:
- Approximately 70 luxury villas and townhomes
- Approximately 70 climate-controlled garage condominiums
- Lakeside clubhouse
- Infinity pool
- Fine dining restaurant
- Private members club
- Whiskey library
- Cigar terrace
- Fitness and wellness center
- Professional racing simulators
- Concierge vehicle services
- Gated access and private security
The project is planned for Mooresville, aka “Race City USA”, with over 200 racing-related companies headquartered throughout the area.
Developers say the goal is to create a year-round destination where automotive enthusiasts can live, socialize, store vehicles, and participate in motorsports activities within a single community.
Race City Motorpark + Social Club will further cement the Charlotte region’s status as the center of American motorsports.
