Certain players from the school also have the chance to be selected for an “FCB Experience,” which is a trip to Barcelona to practice and play at the FC Barcelona Ciutat Esportiva.

The first FCBEscola school was started in Miami in 2014 – Charlotte will be it’s second in the US.

This year, international futbol organizers are also planning for record crowds to fill Charlotte during the highly anticipated Inter Milan vs. FC Bayern Munich match that will take place at the Bank of America Stadium on July 30th (more info about that match can be found here).
