One of the main speakers from the deadly 2017 “Unite The Right” white supremacy rally in Charlottesville has just been arrested for the armed kidnapping of his family in Rock Hill.

The White nationalist and ex-Senate candidate Augustus Sol Invictus was arrested yesterday in Brevard County, Florida on charges of kidnapping, high and aggravated domestic violence, and possession of a firearm during a crime of violence, according to the Brevard County Sheriff’s office.

The charges stem from an incident that occured on December 12th when Invictus allegedly kidnapped his wife and children at gunpoint from their home in Rock Hill. He then allegedly took the kidnap victims to Florida where they managed to escape and called the police.

Invictus is now being held in jail without bond and is facing an extradition back to South Carolina.
