With employees being asked to return to the office despite not all workers being ready to give up the remote lifestyle, the business software website TodayTesting has released its report on 2022’s States & Cities Most Interested in Remote Work, with mapped data, charts, and expert commentary provided.
TodayTesting worked together with a data science consulting firm to analyze and compare changes in interest in remote work across all 50 states and many major metropolitan areas across the US, looking at Google search trends and publicly available data.
According to the report, North Carolina and South Carolina had the highest increase in remote job interest since the start of the Pandemic.
