A Florida developer and a California real estate firm are about to break ground on a massive $165 million 23-story mid-rise tower on East Blvd., directly in front of the East/West lightrail station. When finished, it will become South End’s only Class-A office tower directly on the light rail.
“South End is a prime location for employers looking to attract and retain talent in Charlotte, and we, along with our partners at Shorenstein, look forward to delivering a world-class project to this dynamic neighborhood,” said Justin Siemens, President of Stiles Carolinas.
Stiles and Shorenstein Properties’ new “110 East” tower will feature a total of 370,000-square-feet w/ 11,000 square feet of restaurants and retail on the ground level.
